Decision Analytics for Product Managers
What you'll be able to do. Run weekly product reviews driven by data, not by anecdote.
A twelve-week, cohort-based program that compresses the analytical literacy you need to lead a modern product team. We focus on the judgement-calls a PM actually makes every week — not the maths a data scientist would do for you.
By the end you will have rebuilt one weekly ritual at your current job using a tighter, evidence-first approach.
You will leave able to
- Read a product dashboard critically and spot the metric that's hiding the real story.
- Structure a one-page weekly review that drives a decision, not a discussion.
- Design simple experiments that actually answer the question you have.
- Push back productively when a stakeholder asks for the wrong number.
