Decision Analytics for Product Managers

Decision Analytics for Product Managers

What you'll be able to do. Run weekly product reviews driven by data, not by anecdote.

A twelve-week, cohort-based program that compresses the analytical literacy you need to lead a modern product team. We focus on the judgement-calls a PM actually makes every week — not the maths a data scientist would do for you.

By the end you will have rebuilt one weekly ritual at your current job using a tighter, evidence-first approach.

You will leave able to

  • Read a product dashboard critically and spot the metric that's hiding the real story.
  • Structure a one-page weekly review that drives a decision, not a discussion.
  • Design simple experiments that actually answer the question you have.
  • Push back productively when a stakeholder asks for the wrong number.

Curriculum

  1. Weeks 1–2: What a metric is actually measuring
  2. Weeks 3–4: Choosing the smallest useful number
  3. Weeks 5–6: The weekly product review, rebuilt
  4. Weeks 7–8: Experiments that finish on schedule
  5. Weeks 9–10: Communicating evidence to non-data audiences
  6. Weeks 11–12: Applying it to your own product

Format

12 weeks · Online · Tue & Thu, 7–9pm SGT · Intermediate
