Leading Without Authority
What you'll be able to do. Move cross-functional projects forward without resorting to escalation or borrowed authority.
Most senior individual contributors and middle managers spend their days leading people who don't formally report to them. This ten-week program is built around that specific challenge: getting things done through influence, alignment, and earned trust.
You will leave able to
- Map the real stakeholder graph behind a cross-functional initiative.
- Run a working session that produces a decision, not just an agenda.
- Identify and de-risk the political failure modes early.
- Give difficult feedback to peers without burning the relationship.
